. You’ll help homeowners, investors, landlords, and tenants with leasing, renewals, investment strategy, and purchase/sale transactions—creating a durable pipeline that isn’t dependent on open-house luck or paid leads.

This role is for an agent who wants a real operating system: structured support, repeatable processes, and a steady stream of opportunities tied to property management relationships.

Sales + Client Advisory

  • Prospect, consult, and convert buyers, sellers, and investors using RGroup systems.

  • Run buyer consultations, listing presentations, CMAs, pricing strategy, and negotiation.

  • Educate clients on investor fundamentals (rent readiness, cash flow drivers, risk, maintenance planning).

  • Maintain strong client communication and consistent follow-up across the lifecycle.

Property Management Growth (The “Durable Pipeline”)

  • Convert landlord and investor conversations into signed management agreements.

  • Support leasing activity: showings, applicant communication, and move-in coordination (in partnership with PM team).

  • Build relationships with tenants for renewal, retention, and future home ownership conversion.

  • Identify “sell-ready” moments inside the managed portfolio and guide owners through disposition strategy.

Business Development + Marketing

  • Execute weekly prospecting and follow-up targets (calls, texts, email, events).

  • Use company marketing tools, templates, and automation to publish consistent content.

  • Participate in community/partner relationships (lenders, inspectors, vendors, attorneys, CPAs).

Operations + Compliance

  • Follow Arizona brokerage compliance standards and internal SOPs.

  • Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and pipeline stages in CRM.

  • Coordinate transaction flow with transaction management and brokerage operations.

Success Metrics (How You’re Measured)

  • Buyer/listing agreements signed

  • New property management agreements signed (doors added)

  • Lease conversions and renewals supported

  • Transactions closed + client satisfaction/reviews

  • CRM hygiene (notes, stages, follow-up plans)

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Active Arizona Real Estate License OR you are currently obtaining one (required to advance)

  • Strong phone skills and comfort with structured prospecting

  • Professional communication (written + verbal)

  • Coachability and willingness to follow a defined process

  • Basic tech competency (CRM, forms, e-sign, calendar, mobile apps)

  • Reliable transportation and ability to show property in the Tucson metro

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
  • Property management exposure (leasing, renewals, landlord relations, investor mindset)

  • 1+ year in real estate sales, inside sales, or high-volume customer service

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

  • Experience with CRM/task systems and accountability scorecards

What You Get (Platform + Support)

  • Tech stack support (CRM/website/transaction tools) provided through the brokerage platform

  • A real path to build a scalable business (not just “go figure it out”)
