Overview
Enthusiastic, outgoing leasing and sales professional wanted. The Campus team has been focused on providing superb housing for college students since 1958. This position is responsible for managing all leasing, on-site marketing and outreach marketing initiatives to increase and maintain maximum occupancy of the property. The Apartment Leasing Manager reports to the General Manager. Responsibilities- Market and lease units to ensure maximum occupancy.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all leasing inquiries; schedule sales appointments, convert prospects into residents, and lead tours.
- Develop and implement proactive marketing initiatives and efficient renewal programs.
- Maintain occupancy and support property fiscal stability by aligning occupancy with market rates.
- Complete and review market surveys to stay informed about local markets.
- Walk model or market units daily to ensure readiness for presentation.
- Record all traffic and activity daily.
- Apply the company’s guest card and follow-up programs promptly and consistently.
- Notify prospects of application acceptance or rejection within 24 hours of determination.
- Receive and record resident service requests with full and accurate information, and post completed service requests.
- Follow up by phone on completed work orders each week.
- Assist with hiring and training new leasing personnel.
- Answer telephones as needed and perform general administrative duties such as filing and typing.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
- Computer skills and math ability; accurate typing and record keeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; knowledge of Entrata is preferred.
- Ability to follow through with all necessary paperwork and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
