Shift: Day Shift (6:30 AM – 6:00 PM) | PRN Day & Night Shifts Available

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Rehabilitation Hospital in Tucson, AZ
. This opportunity is open to local and travel nurses with Med-Surg experience
. The RN will provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery while working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care and perform patient assessments.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition.

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans.

Educate patients and families regarding recovery, rehabilitation, and discharge planning.

Maintain accurate documentation using the Cerner electronic medical record system.

Requirements:

Active RN License

1–2 years of Med-Surg experience required

Cerner charting experience preferred

BLS Certification (AHA)

Shifts:

1 Day Shift RN: 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM

PRN Positions Available:

1–2 Day Shift PRN

1 Night Shift PRN
