• Arizona RN License or compact license required
• Cert: BLS and ACLS required
• Minimum 2 years of experience with inpatient dialysis experience required. Acute Care hemodialysis experience required.
• Weekend REQ:
  Every other weekend
• On-Call REQ:
  Yes, 2 days per week
