Job Description
Coordinate patient care
Monitor patients' self-management, like diet and exercise
Update and maintain patients' records
Take vital signs and keep track of patients' medical information
Provide medication to patients and watch for side effects
Prep patients for exams
Work with medical team to best care for patients
