This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week with 24 hours guaranteed. Please note that one shift may be canceled per week for low census.

Job Description

This position will float between two Emergency Departments:
Tucson Campus Level I Trauma and South Campus Level IV. Candidates must have prior experience in a Level I Trauma Center and a minimum of 2 years recent Emergency Department RN experience in a 500+ bed hospital is preferred. Prior travel experience is also required.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include providing quality patient care, performing emergency procedures, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver optimal outcomes for patients in the Emergency Department.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room experience (with recent experience in the last 12 months)
• Certifications:
  
  Active ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS from approved vendors
• No hits on state license to practice
• Driver's license to verify residency
• Flu vaccination status must be disclosed
