Contract Type: Travel
Shift: 7:00AM - 4:30PM;

- Candidates with an AZ driver's license will not be considered
- Provider must have 24 months minimum of current Wound Care experience
- Certs
Required:
ACLS & BLS (AHA) & AZ/Compact RN license - Travel experience - [PREFERRED]
