A hospital located in metro AZ is launching a comprehensive Geriatric Program and is seeking an Adult Geriatrics–Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join this exciting new initiative. This role is ideal for an experienced ACNP with strong inpatient expertise and a solid foundation in geriatric care.

• Opportunity to help shape and grow a pilot geriatric model with system-wide expansion
• Provide acute, inpatient care to geriatric patients within a multidisciplinary team
• Perform comprehensive geriatric assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Participate in program development aligned with CMS Age-Friendly Health System measures & contribute to achieving NICHE certification
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and patient/family satisfaction

Education: Must be certified as an ACNP.

Experience: Preferred, one (1) year of related experience in an inpatient, acute care setting. Must have a strong geriatric background.
