RN - PACU

3:30 PM - 12:00 AM or 3:45 PM - 12:00 AM

The PACU Nurse will be responsible for providing care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit. This includes monitoring patient recovery from anesthesia and ensuring a smooth transition back to alertness and stability.

• Monitor patients' vital signs and level of consciousness post-surgery.
• Assess and document the patient’s recovery process and response to medications.
• Administer medications and fluids as prescribed.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Communicate effectively with the surgical team regarding patient status.

• 24 months of current PACU experience.
• Active Arizona or Compact license.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
• No hits on license verification at the time of submission.
• Travel experience preferred.
