• Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure safe, consistent, and patient-centered care delivery.
• Collaborate closely with therapists, social workers, and medical providers to support individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands‑on clinical leadership — assessing risk, performing crisis interventions, and leading de‑escalation when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all treatment protocols, documentation standards, and medication administration policies.
• Monitor patient progress, participate in care planning, and drive quality improvement initiatives.

• Active Arizona RN license (or LPN with proven supervisory experience).
• 3+ years of behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience.
• At least 1 year in a leadership or charge role.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and team‑building skills.
• CPR/BLS required; crisis intervention or de‑escalation training strongly preferred.
