Your Role as an RN:
• Assess patient health and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor vital signs and maintain complete medical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
• Respond to medical emergencies confidently and efficiently
• Maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff
What You Bring:
• Active RN License or Compact License (Required)
• CPR & ACLS Certifications
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
