Overview
We are seeking a motivated Operating Room Nurse Manager to oversee clinical operations at our fast-paced ambulatory surgical center.
Responsibilities- Manage and supervise surgical teams, including nurses, technicians, and sterile processing staff.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, efficient patient care, and proper staffing levels.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing care quality, facilitate smooth surgical transitions, and resolve conflicts.
- Build trust and leadership with staff through coaching and mentorship.
- Maintain effective communication and support for team members to promote a positive work environment.
- This full-time role involves in-person work, with a preference for candidates with at least 1 year of OR management experience.
