Travel Charge Nurse

Overview

13 week Travel assignment in Tucson, AZ. Must live 50 miles away from Tucson. Shift - 7p - 7:30a (3x12s) Night Shift. Weekly pay is $2000.00. Would really like a person with experience as a Charge Nurse. Must be willing to float.

• The Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to Emergency Room patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures.
• The RN demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgement and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care of the patient in the Emergency Department.
• Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education.
• Delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available.
• Provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Emergency Department care (as implied by responsibilities).
• Experience as a Charge Nurse preferred.
• Willingness to float to different units as needed.
• Travel assignment duration: 13 weeks;
  Night shift 7p-7:30a.
