Nurse Practitioner

Nurse practitioner desired for Concierge Medical Practice.

• This is actually a 3 / 4 time job of 28-32 hour per week position (four day work week).
• Salary will be based on hours worked (Hourly salary range $53 to $60).
• Patients are seen as part of a team with MD and NP working collaboratively.
• However, NP will work autonomously and be integral in designing a wellness plan for patients as well as managing chronic conditions.
• Practice has an emphasis on preventative health. PhD clinical nutritionist part of our wellness team.
• Longitudinal care for chronic conditions also an important focus.
• All patients over 18 with most being over age 60.
• Appointments generally range 30-60 minutes.
• Practice is a low volume practice seeing 6-10 patients a day per provider.
• Easy to use electronic health record with AI scribe.
• Strong support staff.
• Qualifications necessary include Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing Program and active and unencumbered Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure in the state of Arizona.
• Practice has been Concierge for 15 years and in existence for 20 years.
