HowYou'll Contribute
- Assess patients and plan care within set time frames, documenting findings according to policies.
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond accordingly, up to and including notification of the physician.
- Follow hospital policy for medication administration.
- Consistently use empathy, dignity, and respect when interacting with patients.
- Deliver quality nursing care to ensure that goals of the treatment plan are properly executed following hospital policies and procedures and demonstrated nursing competencies.
- Assist or perform comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients.

Applicants should have a current state RN license, an associate degree from an accredited nursing school. Other requirements include:
- 21 years of age or older
- CPR and de‑escalation certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire
- Previous experience in a psychiatric health care facility with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients preferred
- Experience in patient assessments, family motivations, treatment planning and communication with external review organizations or comparable entities.
