This position is part of Clinical Care Operations, which is the hub of patient management for the campus, including bed assignment, unit staffing, house supervision, emergency preparedness (code events and internal disasters), and patient transports.
In this role as a Registered Nurse with our Pediatric Resource Pool Team
, you will support the clinical needs of multiple units throughout the hospital (NICU, PICU, General Peds, Peds Hematology/Oncology, and more). In addition, we are always looking to grow our team members by expanding skillsets based off of quarterly goal planning with your management team. Preferred candidates will have both Pediatric and Critical Care experience.
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, Night Shift; 7:00PM - 7:30AM with weekend rotations (typically every 3rd weekend). Enjoy a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential and an 18% night shift differential, when applicable. As an added bonus, Float Pool RN's also enjoy an additional $3/hr float incentive on top of base pay.
