Mobile Wound Care Nurse Practitioner; NP), Yuma, AZ

Overview

We are a rapidly expanding wound care provider seeking qualified Nurse Practitioners to join our mobile team.

• Provide specialized wound care to patients with chronic wounds in their home settings, with optional rounding in SNF/Rehab facilities.
• Review medical histories, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and document care accurately. Telehealth visits may be conducted based on state laws.
• Travel is necessary; a gas and cell stipend is provided.

• Must be a board-certified NP (FNP, ACNP) with a master's degree, preferably with prior experience in primary care, urgent care, or wound care. Critical care hospital experience is a plus.
• Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and within a team, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Compassionate bedside manner required.
