- Direct day‑to‑day functions of nursing assistants, plan shift services and activities.
- Provide written and oral reports/recommendations concerning shift activities; sprouts exhibit admission, transfer, and discharge of residents as required; lead nursing personnel assigned to unit/shift.
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician.
- Develop and maintain good rapport with inter‑departmental personnel to ensure nursing services meet residents' needs.
- Monitor personnel to ensure adherence to safety regulations for equipment and supplies.
- Current Nursing License in good standing
- CPR certification (preferred)
- Proof of COVID‑19 vaccination (religious and/or health exemptions may be available for qualifying employees)
