Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Arizona Digestive Institute (ADI) – Tucson, AZ

Administers anesthetic care to facilitate diagnostic, therapeutic and surgical procedures. Credentialing typically 2–3 months.

Monday–Friday day shifts 0730–1600. Off weekends or holidays. No call required.

• Work with ASA Category 1–3 patients only, requiring only Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC) and no general anesthesia.
• Administer Propofol sedation for low‑risk, standard outpatient gastrointestinal procedures.
• Perform and document a pre‑anesthetic assessment and evaluation of the patient.
• Develop and implement an anesthetic plan of care, including monitoring modalities and post‑anesthesia follow‑up evaluation and care.
• Select, obtain and administer the anesthetic plan of care, including induction, maintenance and emergence phase anesthesia.
• Recognize alterations in physiologic responses to the surgical procedure and/or the anesthetic, take appropriate action and notify the responsible physician as indicated.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program.
• Current Arizona RN license and certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) credential.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Full Time – $200 per hour plus benefits. PRN – $200 per hour. Contract – $1,500 per day.

$7,500 paid in two installments: half at 90 days and half at 6 months for full‑time only.
