Primary Care Nurse Practitioner - Geriatrics

A rapidly growing national healthcare organization specializing in coordinated primary care for the senior population is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care with significantly longer patient appointments, allowing time to build strong relationships and focus on preventative health for the geriatric patient population.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3+ years of Primary Care experience, with a strong background in treating the geriatric population (Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Geriatrics).
• Active FNP license in the state (or in process) and BLS/ACLS Certification.
