Partners Personnel - 3955 East Speedway Boulevard, STE 110 - Responsibilities:
Perform hand soldering of electronic components, including through-hole, surface-mount (SMT), and fine-pitch devices;
Conduct rework and repair of assemblies to correct defects and nonconformances;
Inspect solder joints and assemblies using visual inspection tools and microscopes;
Identify and document defects such as solder bridges, cold joints, lifted pads, and insufficient wetting;
Maintain soldering equipment, tools, and workstations in proper working condition
