** Schedule*

** Training:
** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1 to 2 weeks)

** Post-Training:
** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

** Overtime:
** Offered and voluntary

** Job Responsibilities*
* + Perform assembly operations for electronic components

+ Prepare wires for assembly (cutting wire to length, stripping insulation, tinning wire ends)

+ Cut shrink wrap tubing to correct length

+ Solder wires and electronic assemblies

+ Conduct post-assembly electrical testing

+ Mix epoxy and glue covers to assembled products

** Qualifications & Skills*
* + Task oriented and detail-focused

+ Prior assembly and/or soldering experience preferred, but not required; skills training provided for inexperienced candidates

+ Basic math skills

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office

+ Ability to read and understand test documents

+ Basic knowledge of electronics

+ Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally to shoulder level

+ Basic soldering operations

+ Team player with good attendance and punctuality

** Additional Requirements*
* + Must be able to pass a drug test (does not test for marijuana)

+ Must successfully complete a 7-year criminal background check (must be cleared before start date)

** Dress Code*
* + Casual: T-shirts and jeans are acceptable

+ Work boots are not required
