Reports to: Greenhouse Manager

Full time, non-exempt

• Remove flowers from stem/stalk of plant in order to separate product from waste
• Identify and separate fan leaves, stems and sugar leaves on the flower
• Possess basic organizational, tracking and communication skills
• Work efficiently to meet established metrics
• Wear PPE, hair nets: supplied by employer
• Clean, disinfect work areas and equipment
• Maintain highest level of cleanliness/Identify problems with strain/product, communicate with supervisors as needed
• Manage time during efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality product and sterility
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to pass a criminal background check (per state requirements)
• At least 21 years of age (per state requirements)
• Possess/able to possess Arizona  US passport (for Facility Agent card)
• Ability to communicate well with others
• Effectively use Internet/technologies for communication and timekeeping
• Ability to be on time every day, day starts at 7AM
• Trim, harvest, or agricultural production experience highly preferred

• Greenhouse agricultural environment; exposure to plant matter and potential allergenics, bright lights. Noise level: moderate

• Overtime mandatory as business needs dictate. Scheduling flexibility required based upon harvest schedule and tasks
