R&D Project Coordinator

The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm, is currently seeking an R&D Project Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Tucson, AZ
. Details for the position are as follows:

• Pay: $35-40/hr
• 100% onsite role
• 1-year assignment with potential for extension or conversion
• This position will be responsible for driving the on-time delivery, routing, and management of project documentation and deliverables in accordance with product development, design chance, and quality system processes.
• This position will be responsible for supporting project coordination and change control activities, including planning, scheduling, tracking deliverables, and facilitating meetings across multiple agile and cross-functional teams.
• This position will be responsible for working within an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) to ensure documentation is complete, compliant, and properly controlled, while partnering closely with engineering and scientific stakeholders in a regulated environment.

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 1+ year with a master’s degree
• Project management or project coordination experience
• Strong documentation experience and familiarity with EDMS
• Experience facilitating meetings
• Experience in a regulated industry (biotech, pharma, aerospace, food & beverage)
