On Trac is hiring a Branch Operations Manager!

As an Operations Manager at OnTrac, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing personnel, implementing strategic processes, and sustaining a positive work culture within the warehouse.

Pay: $63,900 - $112,800 annually, depending on experience

Shift: Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business.

This temporary position is expected to last approximately 1 to 2 months but may change depending on the needs of the business

The Must-Haves:

Four years of experience in logistics and/or transportation or can be less if a college degree

A minimum of 3 years of experience managing people, 1 of which is in a similar industry

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and mathematical skills

Effective communication skills including the ability to give honest, constructive feedback

Your Mission in Motion:

Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.

Drive operational excellence by analyzing KPIs, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety and labor standards.

Oversee daily labor planning and sort operations, partnering with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and ensure resource alignment.

Champion a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to key protocols such as dock safety and lockout/tagout procedures.

Build strong relationships with Contracted Service Providers (RSPs), managing contractual performance and facilitating clear, ongoing communication.

Maintain a visible leadership presence on the floor, ensuring operational readiness, materials availability, and continuous process efficiency.
