We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Workflow Controller/Project Security Officer to coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair operations for U.S. Border Patrol stations and Forward Operating Bases across Southern Arizona. This role is critical in ensuring smooth workflow execution, timely communication, and high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair Work Coordination:
Create, assign, and track multiple repair work requests across various facilities. Provide timely updates to the client and manage each task through to successful completion. - Preventative Maintenance Scheduling:
Develop and maintain a structured preventative maintenance (PM) schedule for all client-owned assets. Ensure all PM tasks—monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual—are completed on schedule. Submit inspection reports as required. - Data Management:
Maintain and regularly update internal databases to accurately reflect the status of all repair and PM activities. Ensure data integrity and accessibility for internal and client use. - Compliance Monitoring:
Ensure all employees and subcontractors maintain current background checks and security clearances in accordance with federal standards. - Reporting & Client Communication:
Compile and present monthly status reports summarizing all ongoing and completed work. Lead weekly client meetings to deliver updates, discuss progress, and address issues. - Subcontractor Relationship Management:
Maintain positive and professional working relationships with subcontractors to ensure efficient coordination and high-quality results.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in workflow management, facilities coordination, or maintenance operations
- Hands‑on experience with IBM Maximo or similar computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize work effectively
- Experience working in or with government agencies is a plus
- Must meet requirements for background checks and security clearances
