Job Details- Salary: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
- Store Address: 6390 S. Santa Clara Ave., Tucson, AZ 85706
- Work independently to manage daily property operations.
- Provide exceptional service to customers, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
- Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collection efforts.
- Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits in accordance with company policies.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance, focus on safety, and maximize units available for rent.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to multitask.
- Experience in sales.
- Conduct property walks often during shifts.
- 50% of time spent in outdoor environments, including walking, climbing stairs, and opening large doors.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the property, including inspections and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and changing light bulbs.
- Transport, lift, or move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Run errands for the facility and possibly travel/commute to other store locations.
Average Day:
As a Property Manager, your day will be dynamic and diverse. You will start by preparing for opening, ensuring everything is clean, the cash drawer is correct, and performing a property walk‑through. Throughout the day, you will assist customers in finding the right storage solutions, handle rental agreements, process payments, and address concerns. Between customer interactions, you will conduct regular inspections, check maintenance needs, and ensure safety and security measures are in place.
You may also engage in virtual meetings, collaborative projects, and continued training. Your day ends with closing procedures and securing the property, allowing a work/life balance of five days a week with a finish time around 6 pm.
