Hotel Management & Consulting seeks an experienced, dynamic, hands‑on leader to drive our Tucson property. The ideal candidate is adaptable, energetic, goal‑driven, and has a proven track record in hotel management.

• Salary: $65,000 - $75,000, dependent on experience.

• Leadership & Team Building: recruit, train, and motivate a team of 6‑12 staff.
• Exceptional Guest Services: maintain “Guest Ready” standards and address guest concerns promptly.
• Operational Excellence: follow brand guidelines, meet deadlines, and manage budgets, labor, occupancy, and P&L.
• Sales & Marketing: promote the property and foster relationships with local organizations and competitors.
• Teamwork: assist with housekeeping, laundry, and public space duties as needed.
• Emergency Procedures: follow property emergency protocols and meet security requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Valid driver’s license.
• 1+ years as a hotel general manager.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Proactive and aggressive in problem resolution.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.

• Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for long periods.
• Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
