ResponsibilitiesPerforms all necessary supervisory functions to effectively and efficiently manage the personnel assigned. Responsible for overall branch office activities including payroll administration, management reports, month‑end financial close, and bank deposits.
- Assist with financial statement variance analysis
- Submit payroll data timely and accurately
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable reconciliation, and cash receipts/deposits
- Provide necessary data and reports for branch month‑end financial close
- Create a positive work environment
- Attract and select high‑caliber employees while maintaining qualified staff
- Supervise the maintenance of office equipment (copier, fax machine, etc.)
- Negotiate the purchase of office supplies and equipment in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding branch‑level financials, employees, and salaries
- Maintain positive daily interaction with Service Managers and Technicians
- Work with Service Manager to ensure productive interdepartmental relations
- Daily interaction with customers, prospects, and employees to answer questions and resolve problems
- Create and update various monthly management reports
- Perform all necessary supervisory functions with personnel assigned

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Must have experience with sales, marketing, and office administration
- Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff
- 3 or more years’ experience in a management role
