About the Role

As our Branch Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of your location — leading a high-performing team, growing client relationships, and ensuring your branch runs like a well-oiled machine. From hiring and coaching staff to building lasting partnerships with clients and candidates, you'll be responsible for the success of your branch and the people in it.

This is not your average desk job. You’ll get to coach, strategize, problem-solve, and celebrate wins — all while growing your own leadership experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and mentoring up to 3 awesome teams

Delivering top-notch service to clients and candidates

Meeting (and exceeding!) performance goals

Playing matchmaker between companies and great talent

Collaborating across teams to make your branch stand out

Creating a fun, professional, and accountable team culture

Keeping things running smoothly with great organization and communication

What You Bring:

3+ years of team leadership experience

Confidence juggling multiple projects and deadlines

High emotional intelligence and a growth mindset

Tech-savvy with experience using CRM/ATS platforms

Ability to type 36+ WPM and navigate MS Office like a pro

A passion for people, business, and continuous improvement
