HDR has an outstanding career opportunity for an experienced water industry professional to serve as our Water Business Group Manager (BGM) for Arizona and New Mexico. In this role, you will have the opportunity to expand and grow our strong water business in the regional marketplace. Collaborating with our technical and business professionals, you will help shape our future strategic and geographic development.
This is an opportunity to elevate a mature, strong group to the next level.
In the role of AZ/NM Area Water Business Group Manager, you'll be expected to:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Proven experience leading diverse teams.
- Commitment to quality, improvement, and HDR values.
- Active engagement in professional or industry associations to enhance HDR's expertise and brand.
- Ability to work cooperatively with regional and local managers, technical leads, and marketing teams.
- Strong commitment to our employee-owned culture and values.
