Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Tempe, AZ, for a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and performing routine and preventive maintenance on residential property infrastructure and equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, as well as ensuring upkeep of community amenities. The role also involves responding to service requests promptly, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating with team members to provide a high level of resident satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance practices
  • Experience in Industrial Maintenance, including mechanical and electrical systems
  • Commitment to safety standards while performing maintenance tasks
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to address maintenance needs effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in maintenance or technical areas are a plus
  • Previous experience in property management or residential maintenance is preferred
