• Responsible of janitorial duties in general, a team player and good attitude
• Clean and disinfect all employee/customers restrooms, break rooms, Office and cubicle furniture cleaning. vacuum offices as needed
• Vacuum, sweep and mop, clean trash cans, tables and chairs in all the common areas, showroom, waiting areas exterior and interior
• Clean windows, doors, baseboards and window frames as needed all around the buildings
• Clean small carpet stains as needed, remove gum from floors as needed
• Clean picture frames as needed
• Food spills cleaning as needed
• Cleaning in general and changes by the day depending on daily needs

• Positive attitude and can-do mentality
• Hardworking personality, shown leadership qualities and eagerness to improve
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical strength and stamina, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• $17/hour starting pay plus performance bonuses
