Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Founded in 2010, Core is a vertically integrated real estate investment manager focused on acquiring, developing and managing across the student housing and build-to-rent (“BTR”) sectors. Its residential communities feature world-class amenities, progressive design, and hospitality-driven service.

The Housekeeper works to complete all cleaning tasks as deemed necessary by their supervisor. Their work includes removing trash from the facility, mopping floors, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, cleaning walls and glass, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, and various other public and office spaces.

• Ensure completion of daily checklists
• Maintain interior cleanliness and overall curb appeal for the property
• Clean tour route of property twice daily
• Arrange small pieces of furniture for staging purposes
• Clean all surfaces in elevators, if applicable
• Sanitize and clean fitness equipment
• Mop and vacuum daily in all areas required
• Ensure all amenity areas stay clean and presentable throughout the day

• High School or equivalent education preferred
• Proficient in simple computer tasks
• Experience in Student housing or multi-family industry preferred
