WhatYou Will Do
- Support Program, Integrated Planning Lead (IPL), and Material Program Manager (MPM) on material procurement plans
- Review, analyze and release purchase requisitions to Supply Chain in SAP per MRP or MPM PO placement plans, as applicable
- Evaluate material availability, identifying potential gaps and proactively working supplied material problems
- Facilitate cross‑functional activities with Quality, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and coordinate some Logistics
- Participate and lead continuous improvement efforts by collaborating with other departments
- Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Production and/or Planning Control, MRP, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning, Property Management, JIT Concepts, Master Production Scheduling, or Delivery Administration
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret security clearance is required
- U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Current DOD Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems and Rapid Response
- Experience interfacing, collaborating, and communicating with all levels of an organization
- Experience using data analysis to ensure detailed status is provided to the Program, Operations, and Supply Chain teams

- The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD – 108,800 USD (good faith estimate). RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including role, function, and associated responsibilities, candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
