• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters across Arizona
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
• Appear in court for hearings and proceedings
• Assist senior attorneys in complex litigation and trial preparation
• Participate in negotiations and alternative dispute resolution
• Manage a diverse and growing caseload independently
• Maintain direct communication with clients and opposing counsel

• 1–3 years’ experience as a Litigation - Commercial Attorney
• Arizona State Bar required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
