Overview
Trueline’s client, a respected litigation practice in Tucson, Arizona focused on estate and guardianship disputes, is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their team. Reporting to the Managing Litigation Attorney, you’ll independently handle your own caseload—drafting motions, overseeing discovery, and advocating for clients—while collaborating with supportive attorneys and paralegals.

Additional compensation typesAnnual Bonus and Sign-on bonus
Must Haves as the Litigation Attorney- Proven or emerging skills in Title 14 litigation—covering trusts, probate, guardianship and conservatorship under Arizona law.
- Excellent client communication skills—keeping clients informed and reassured throughout the process.
- Detail oriented, adaptable, able to stay organized amid shifting deadlines.
- Tech savvy, comfortable picking up new legal tools to boost efficiency.
- Self starter mindset with a commitment to long term growth and legacy-building.
- Hands on experience with depositions, hearings, and plea/defense drafting.
- Background in estate planning or related areas, in addition to probate litigation.
- Familiarity with recent legislative updates to Arizona’s Title 14 (e.g., the changes from SB 1291 effective October 30, 2023)
- Salary of $106,500 - $150,500
