Job Description - Paralegal I, II, or SeniorAre you an organized and detail‑oriented Paralegal with direct experience working on contracts and commercial transactions, including preparing initial drafts, facilitating review, assisting with finalizing contracts and actively managing the contract lifecycle?

What you will do:- Assist attorneys and business teams with contract drafting, review, and administration.
- Support the contracts lifecycle, including due diligence, execution, administration, amendment, renewal, and termination.
- Under the oversight of our attorneys, collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms align with company policies, business goals, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and organize contract repositories and databases.
- Prepare summaries of contractual requirements and key dates for business units.
- Conduct legal research related to contracts, regulatory compliance, and utility operations.
- Assist attorneys with development, implementation and ongoing management of contract forms, policies, and process improvements.
- Support audits and regulatory requests involving contracts.
- At least three years of experience in a paralegal, administrative assistant, or legal assistant, or similar role in the corporate, utility or contracts field or related area.
- Outstanding client service and communication. Finds ways to build efficiencies and improve the client experience.
- Excellent research and technology skills, including proficiency in MS Office products (especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook), Westlaw and/or Lexis/Nexis, and familiarity with the Internet, including search engines and the use of Boolean search terms. Experience with maintaining a database and/or central repository for contracts and corporate documentation.
