As a Systems Analyst, you will analyze, design, and enhance enterprise application frameworks that support the sales and manufacturing operations of advanced avionics products. The role involves working closely with end users and development teams to translate business processes and operational workflows into clear, actionable technical requirements. Success in this position requires strong technical expertise in administering cloud‑based systems, applications, and databases to ensure the reliability and performance of core information systems.

• Gather and document business requirements and map current‑state and future‑state workflows.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and technical design documents.
• Support the development and refinement of enterprise‑wide application architecture.
• Coordinate communication between business users, developers, and technical teams.
• Create technical documentation, including process maps, test plans, and user training materials.
• Develop functional specifications for complex, database‑driven applications.
• Review proposed system changes to ensure alignment with overall architecture and business processes.
• Provide project management support for analysis, design, implementation, and testing activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to develop solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and cost.
• Present system architecture, application capabilities, and technical proposals to stakeholders and vendors.
• Ensure all solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and organizational goals.
