About the RoleThe position reports directly to the Javelin Weapon System Proposal Manager and supports multiple proposals covering Production, Engineering Services, and Lifecycle Contract Support within the Javelin Weapon System portfolio.
What You Will Do- Prepare, revise, update, and monitor documentation and analysis to meet proposal requirements and corporate policies.
- Develop compliant proposals and actively support customer negotiations across the Javelin portfolio.
- Ensure on‑time proposal delivery, provide turnaround metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and achieve quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
- Support negotiation and implementation of large, complex contracts, including offset agreements and adjacent business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Lockheed Martin, the Javelin Joint Venture counterpart, to maintain a collaborative partnership.
- Ensure proposals comply with FAR and internal requirements.
- Travel domestically as needed.
- University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Experience with proposal activities (e.g., TINA compliance, offset/industrial participation, government RFIs).
- Experience in project or program management.
- Strong organization and analytical skills.
- Work experience in an international environment (FMS and DCS).
- Knowledge of proposal development, price buildup, and pricing processes.
- Knowledge of federal proposal regulations (FAR, DFAR, TINA).
- Skilled in communication, team building, conflict resolution, and relationship management.

- Salary range: USD 107,500 – 204,500, based on experience and qualifications.
