🎯 What You’ll Own & Lead

• Translate customer needs into innovative, technology-driven solutions
• Shape and drive the overall testing campaign strategy
• Contribute to long-term product direction through technical expertise and creative problem-solving

📌 Own the Backlog & Prioritization

• Build, manage, and prioritize the team backlog
• Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies for Program Increment (PI) and iteration planning

✅ Drive Acceptance & Delivery

• Formally accept and approve features and user stories
• Define and enforce a strong “Definition of Done”
• Ensure quality, compliance, and customer value in every deliverable
• Champion cross-functional collaboration
• Advocate for customer-centric design and built-in quality
• Participate in continuous improvement events (Inspect & Adapt)
• Present technical outcomes to diverse stakeholders
• Clearly communicate complex technical data internally and externally
• Act as the voice of quality and strategy across the organization

🧠 What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in software testing for hardware-integrated systems
• Strong background in regulated environments (FDA or FAA experience highly preferred)
• Experience in the medical device industry is ideal
• Proven ability to operate as a strategic thought leader
• Excellent communication, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement skills
