This role involves configuring smartphones and Apple Watches, installing applications, verifying connectivity, and providing clear user guidance while ensuring compliance with security and study protocols.
Key Requirements- 0–2 years of IT or technical support experience
- Experience with smartphones, wearables, or device setup
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Familiarity with MDM or healthcare/clinical environments is a plus
