Our cybersecurity team is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support classified computing environments 100% onsite at our Tucson facility.
You will collaborate with the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to ensure compliance with all NISPOM Chapter 8, DAAPM, JSIG policies.
Important note: Within six months of hire, you must obtain and maintain a Security professional certification (e.g., Security+ or equivalent) if not already certified.
Qualifications You Must Have- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience in cybersecurity, systems security, compliance auditing (RMF, DAAPM, JSIG, NISPOM, etc.), and supporting computer technologies.
- Experience with physical security, investigations, or project management is a plus.
- Experience working in DoD classified environments.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and audit reviews.
- Ability to manage cyber incident response and work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
- Completion of National Industrial Security Program cybersecurity training courses.

This is a U.S.
-based role. The salary range is $66,000 - $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications. RTX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
