Tucson, Arizona, United States (Need local to Arizona only) Pay : $45- $75/hr on W2 Experience & Education
Minimum 5 years of testing experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
Background in regulated industries or software testing industry is acceptable
Technical SkillsTest Automation:
Selenium, Appium
Testing Frameworks: JUnit
Programming:Python (highly desirable, used extensively)
C# (secondary preference)
Automation Framework knowledge (experience experimenting with or working frameworks is required)
- Tools
:
Jira, Git Lab - OOO programs & scripting languages (hands-on experience required)
- AI & Modern Tools
Experience using AI tools to enhance testing activities
Familiarity with ChatGPT, AI Agents, Gemini is highly desirable (hands-on or learning in progress acceptable)
Strong ability to learn new AI tools quickly (candidates without prior AI experience may still be considered)
Soft Skills & Additional RequirementsStrong communication and presentation skills
Ability to coach, train, and mentor junior team members
Junior-level mindset with strong learning attitude is acceptable if technically capable
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
