OpportunityIn our Technology Operations and Service Delivery practice, this role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and support of our technology solutions. As a Senior Support Services professional, you will lead delivery of quality support and resolve issues that impact key business processes, products, and services. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, adopt automation at scale, and manage post‑transition technology projects for successful deployment to the user community.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high‑quality support and resolve issues within key business processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to SLA and OLA established by service delivery.
- Travel as needed to external clients and participate in client working sessions.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems (functional or technical), preferably S/4
HANA, Rise, or Grow. - Experience managing SAP delivery teams and driving offshore delivery.
- Strong customer orientation and experience in support operations.
- Proficiency in application management, ITIL processes and technology service management.
- Excellent communication skills and relationship building.
- Critical and complex problem‑solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree (4‑year).
- 5‑7 years of relevant experience in SAP Operations or running SAP projects.
- Expertise in Application Management.
- Knowledge of Agile terminology and methods.
- Strong customer orientation in support operations.
- Solid understanding of Data Delivery and Management.
- Proficiency in Stakeholder Management.
- Familiarity with Technology Ecosystem Operations.
- Experience in Technology Service Management.
- Strong Troubleshooting and Triage skills.
- Excellence in building and managing relationships.
- Ability to establish client trust and value.
- Strong communication skills with impact.
- Digital fluency.
- Emotional agility.
- Proficiency in hybrid collaboration.
- Focus on driving outcomes and learning agility.
- Managing technology projects and post‑transition support.
- Delivering quality support in fast‑paced environments.
- Familiarity with automation tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Competitive compensation: base salary range $116,800–$214,100 (US) and $140,100–$243,200 for major metro areas. Total Rewards include medical, dental, pension, 401(k) and paid time off.
