We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced All-Source Analyst to join our team at Davis-Monthan AFB supporting Air Forces Southern (AFSOUTH). The All-Source Analyst will play a critical role in conducting Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis
, Multi-Int Fusion
, and Analytical Tradecraft Support to provide actionable intelligence for operational and strategic decision-making. This position requires expertise in integrating intelligence from multiple sources and delivering high-quality intelligence products to support mission objectives.

• Conduct Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion to support operational and strategic decision-making, and tactical operations.
• Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence products, including reports, briefings, and assessments, to inform mission planning and execution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including analysts, mission planners, and operators, to ensure timely and accurate intelligence delivery.
• Maintain proficiency in analytical tools, methodologies, and software to ensure the delivery of cutting‑edge intelligence solutions.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior analysts, fostering the development of analytical tradecraft skills.
• Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines.
• Travel may be required (up to 10%).

• Minimum 15 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Master's degree from an accredited institution, or a bachelor's degree with an additional 5 years of related expert experience, for a total of 20 years, as a substitute to the master's degree.
• Expertise in Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion.
• Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government all-source analysis training course or specialized intelligence certification.
• Expertise with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations.
• Strong understanding of intelligence collection platforms and processes.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

• Experience supporting AFSOUTH or similar ISR organizations.
• Familiarity with advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies.
• Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts.

Target Salary Range: $112,000 – $179,000.
