Clients retain IRM Managed Services to transform their risk functions and support technological solutions that provide executives with valuable insights.

• Manage delivery of IRM services on GRC platforms such as Archer Technologies and Service Now.
• Support ongoing maintenance and enhancements for clients.
• Supervise daily activities of 8‑12 tier 1 or 2 analysts.
• Manage project/engagement budgets for IRM capabilities.
• Develop policies and procedures guiding the service center.
• Assist the service center manager with project planning and process improvement.
• Communicate issues promptly to eliminate roadblocks and drive collaboration.
• Maintain professional communication with engagement teams.
• Provide accurate, timely information in written and verbal communications.

• Experience as a System Administrator (2+ years).
• Archer Certified Administrator – Specialist or Expert.
• Experience with data feeds, APIs, and integrations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of risk management fundamentals.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Proven leadership and project management.
• Critical thinking and problem solving.
• Team‑focused mentality with stakeholder collaboration.
• Proactive improvement orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Decision‑making capabilities.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field.
• Prior military experience.
• Ability to obtain Secret or higher clearance.
• Experience mentoring personnel.
• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Scripting and data integration within Service Now.
• Supervisory experience (2+ years).
