Job Summary:

Raytheon’s Configuration and Data Management (CDM) organization is responsible for ensuring our products are under configuration control and delivered on time. The Data Management, Engineering Support and Execution (DEX) department is looking for an individual to perform the role of Senior Data Manager (DM). This role is based in Tucson, AZ (On‑site).

• Read contracts to understand deliverables.
• Work in a Product Data Management (PDM) system to capture, manage, and track data deliverables and receivables.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to obtain requested data.
• Proofread data for compliance with the requirements.
• Manage the data deliverable schedule and provide data to the customer on time.
• Learn and understand contractually required markings applied to data.
• Run forecast reports and provide them to appropriate stakeholders.
• Provide metrics related to on‑time deliveries and outstanding dispositions upon request.
• Review and approve sub‑tier supplier statements of work for data requirements.
• Support program meetings and provide training to program personnel, customers, and suppliers.
• Handle and protect Company Intellectual Property (IP) as well as U.S. government IP and classified information.

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant professional experience; or without a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in data management and/or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in a customer support/service role.
• Able to obtain and maintain a DoD/Government Security Clearance.

• Knowledge of U.S. government defense contracts and specifications (FAR, DFARS, DIDs, DoD Instruction 5230.24, NISPOM).
• Team collaboration skills.
• Self‑motivated and detail oriented.
• Proven excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

• Salary range: $66,000 – $130,000 USD (good faith estimate).
