What You’ll Do Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Support and triage employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and timely resolution.
  • Conduct sensitive and confidential ER investigations.
  • Coach managers in delivering performance feedback and corrective action.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive culture through proactive support and communication.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
  • Manage the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, status changes, HRIS updates).
  • Deliver engaging new‑hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support payroll processes in coordination with Finance.
  • Draft clear, supportive communications and facilitate organizational updates.
Compliance & Safety
  • Administer ADA, FMLA, ERISA, OSHA, Safety Plans, and related compliance processes.
  • Serve as HSSA’s Safety Officer — partnering with leaders to maintain safe practices, conduct inspections, and follow through on corrective actions.
  • Ensure policies are applied consistently and professionally across the organization.
Data & Continuous Improvement
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements to culture, engagement, and operations.
  • Track ER metrics, follow service‑level expectations, and champion best‑practice processes.
  • Lead or participate in HR projects that enhance the employee experience.
What You Bring
  • Experienced.
  • 2+ years as an HR Generalist with at least 1 year in employee relations.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws (ADA, Title VII, FMLA, OSHA, ERISA, etc.).
