Job Title: Remote Employee Support Assistant
Hourly Pay: $17 - $22 / hour
SummaryWe are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Employee Support Assistant to assist in various HR functions and provide support to employees. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and wants to build a career in employee relations. You will help manage employee inquiries, assist in resolving workplace issues, and support various HR activities.
Job Responsibilities- Act as a first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries
- Assist employees with understanding and accessing their benefits, payroll, and HR policies
- Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as filing and managing employee records
- Help facilitate employee onboarding and ensure new hires complete all necessary paperwork
- Assist with organizing training and development programs for employees
- Handle basic employee relations matters and escalate issues to the HR department as necessary
- Maintain employee databases and ensure accurate records are kept
- Help organize company-wide events and employee engagement activities
- Provide assistance in processing employee requests for time off, benefits, and other HR-related matters
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or HR is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Compassionate, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Competitive hourly pay: $17 - $22
